In the heart of Brescia’s Garda South Park, we give you the possibility to discover our wonderful mountains and landscapes staying in one of our mountain huts. The Garda Riviera, with its characteristic Mediterranean climate and local mountains, is almost 2,000 metres above sea level. The combination of a Mediterranean environment along the lakeshore and the Alpine hinterland (including Mt. Caplone at 1,975m) makes for a rich diversity of plant life.
Starting from Agriturismo Polzone (a farmhouse), we go through Val di San Michele or Val d’Egoi using paths and old militar tracks, and we reach Malga Ciapa (Ciapa Summer Shelter) located on the sunny Alpine pastures of Tremalzo. It offers refreshments and overnight stays, and also the experience of life in the mountains in one of the most fascinating areas of the park region. Here you can also taste traditional local dishes.
